Our Lowest Price Policy

Our Lowest Price Policy means, before any purchase if you find a competitor's lower price (including GST and delivery charges) on the same identical product stocked and available for delivery.  

Simply tell us using the "Chat with us" button. We will try our best to match the price.  It is that easy.

Please note while we will try our best there will be instances where we are unable to match prices on the comparison product. For this we apologise in advance. 

Some points to note:
(1) The comparison price should be on identical products.
(2) The identical product should be in stock ready for immediate delivery within Australia.
(3) The comparison price should Include GST and delivery costs (where applicable).
(4) Our Lowest Price applies to "before purchase and before ordering" situations only. 
(5) We will not match unreasonably low prices or products on clearance/liquidation. This determination is solely in our own discretion.
(6) Finally, we reserve the right to decide whether or not to supply the goods.
(7) This is NOT a lowest price guarantee.
